Jewish-Muslim Dialogue & Diplomacy

Open communication and mutual understanding are essential for building bridges of harmony and cooperation. With this belief, Bayt & Bayit intends to provide a safe and inclusive space where leaders and individuals can hear their perspectives, engage in thoughtful discussions and explore shared ground, accommodating differences.

Bayt & Bayit is a forum that fosters meaningful dialogue and diplomacy between the Jewish and Muslim communities. This is a platform for respectful conversations that dispel misconceptions and promote the values of empathy and respect.

Welcome to the Bayt & Bayit community.

The only thing that we can do is to let the followers of each and every religion know the teachings of other religions so that a spirit of fellowship may be created among them and so that they can all work together to spread the accepted moral principles and to fight common evils.

Interfaith Dialogue & Reflections Surrounding the Israel-Hamas War in Gaza

Holding the Ropes: Interfaith Dialogue & Reflections Surrounding the Israel-Gaza War is a blog series that follows the events, dialogues and reflections experienced by Nazhath Faheema in the aftermath of the 2023 Israel-Hamas war in Gaza. Triggered by the Hamas attack on Israel on 7 October 2023 and Israel’s military response, there continues to be widespread destruction and civilian displacement in Gaza. Additionally, Israeli hostages remain in captivity.

Against this backdrop, Nazhath Faheema, through her reflections, provides insights into the dynamics of the war, its impact on interfaith relations, and the inherent challenges and opportunities in fostering understanding and empathy between Jewish and Muslim communities.
